Stretches the top or bottom of a picture to any width. Not available because you must first make a rectangular selection.
To stretch the top or bottom of the selection to any width, choose this item; then drag by a handle.
Stretches the corners of a picture in any direction. Not available because you must first make a rectangular selection.

Slants a picture to any angle. Not available because you must first make a rectangular selection.

Draws multiple copies of a shape as you drag. To draw just a single shape as you drag, choose this item again.
